Q: Can I earn my ACLS certification through your program?
A: Yes. We provide a 100% online ACLS certification exam for the first-time applicant which can be completed entirely from a computer. You are not required to attend and complete an in-person skills evaluation in order to receive your provider card through our program.
Q: Can I recertify with your program?
A: Yes. You may recertify through our 100% online ACLS recertification examination. Registration takes less than 1 minute and you can access the exam immediately.
Q: Are you accredited by the AHA?
A: Our training material and exams are crafted after the new official ACLS provider manual which follows the new 2020 AHA guidelines. Our programs are designed in an accelerated format and can be completed entirely from a computer. The AHA at this time does not endorse any fully online course or exam.
Q: Do I need to complete a local skills check?
A: No. The ACLS certification and ACLS recertification exams both do not require you to enroll and complete a local skills evaluation in order to pass and receive your provider card. Our exams and training course are now based on the new 2020 AHA guidelines but are designed for practitioners who need a convenient way to quickly earn their ACLS card.
Q: Will I receive continuing education credit?
A: Yes. Applicants who successfully pass either the certification or recertification exams will be eligible to request continuing education unit (CEU) documentation from our organization. Our organization will award 8 CEUs for certification and 4 CEUs for recertification. The number of CEUs is based on the average amount of time for preparation and completion of the exam.
Q: How long will my certification stay active?
A: Both the certification and recertification cards will stay active for two years from the issue date that is displayed on the front side of your ACLS card. There will be an expiration date for your record also displayed on the front of the card. To stay current, we recommend returning practitioners keep the receipt of their registration and take the recertification exam at least one week prior to their expiration.
Q: Can I recertify even if my card expired some time ago?
A: Yes. You may enroll in the recertification examination if your provider card has expired no later than one year from the time of your registration date. If your certification status has been expired for over one year, we require you to enroll in the certification examination.
Q: Do you offer satisfaction guarantee?
A: Yes. Our organization provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all applicants who have ordered preparation material or either of the online exams through our website. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for specific details and contact our staff for any additional requests.
Q: After I finish the exam, how soon until I hear back from you?
A: Unless you have selected the same day rush email card option, allow one business day for our advisors to respond with your test outcome and possible attached digital provider card if you've passed. For applicants who select the same day rush email card option, they will receive a response the same day they purchase the examination, providing they submit their completed exam before the required 7:00pm EST.
Q: What happens if I pass the exam?
A: When an applicant passes either of the online ACLS exams, they will receive a return email from our advisors which will include their test results and the specific numbers, if any, that they missed for their records. Most importantly they will receive the attached digital ACLS card which may be saved and printed for their records along with confirmation of their hard copy card pending shipment.
Q: What happens if I fail the exam?
A:If an applicant fails either online ACLS exam, they will receive an email response from our advisors with their test outcome and the numbers that were answered incorrectly. They will be requested to reply to this email with the number and their new answer selection for the specific numbers that were incorrect. The first retake is free and included with the initial registration of the exam. Any additional retakes will require the applicant purchase a $25 test retake credit from our exam resources page.
Q: Is there a timeframe to complete the exam?
A: No. Once you have purchased either of the online ACLS exams, you may take the test either immediately or at a time that works with your schedule. There is no expiration timeframe where you will have to purchase either exam again no matter how long you wait to complete the test. Keep your purchase receipts that are sent to your email for your records and documentation of the order.
Q: Is there a time limit when I take the test?
A: No. Both our certification and recertification exams can be completed at the pace set forth by the applicant. There is no time limit that either exam is required to be completed by. Both exams may be printed to allow you to study offline and return to complete your answer selection at your convenience.
Q: How do I contact you?
A: You may contact our staff through our toll-free phone number during business hours or the quick contact form located on our contact us page. If you select the quick contact form, you will receive a return response the same day and typically within less than a few hours from the time the request was sent.
